Rotterdam Cultural Histories #13: The Temporary Autonomous Bureau focuses on the Poortgebouw, a community and cultural organisation that emerged from Rotterdam’s rich history of squatted buildings. For this presentation, a temporary collective of residents, artists, and designers will convene under the name The Temporary Autonomous Bureau to examine the Poortgebouw’s history and takes this as an opportunity for discussion about autonomy and institutional support.
